I know that life can seem like a repetitive cycle of waking up, eating, working and sleeping. And that the daily grind can fill our minds and bodies with negative energy and stress. That’s why I created The God - Life Spiritual Direction, so you can have a place to return to, and have a listening ear. A go-to person to help with self-exploration, self-discovery, and have someone to share your journey with, someone who is on a spiritual quest of discovery also. Having completed my first year of training and will continue, in the classes there is a lot of soul searching and discovery.
